div help in index.php

I have two divs: one with my blog entries and the other for navigation/links. Why do they stay to the left even though I edited the stylesheet to absolute position them. What do I need to change in index.php or the stylesheet to get the page to stay positioned correctly? See, it’s all overlapping and sticking to the left: http://blog.pink-pistol.net

Please someone help me, my last two posts were left unanswered 🙁
