Div extra padding

    Hello,
    I cannot seem to be able to figure out how to eliminate the extra padding in image banner. As you can see if you resize the browser, green color appears on the bottom of image banner. How do I get rid of that so it would be constant with resizing.

    I decided to change the layout because wordpress was putting <p> automatically if I revive the content from the page.
