    Hi ROKWAR, hope I can help…

    I’ve checked your site and the problem is definitely jQuery conflicts. Actually your site has a huge amount of jQuery errors because your theme has all the jQuery hardcoded.

    Please check point 5 on the FAQs page where I’ve explained this issue (its pretty common) with some resources to help you resolve it.

    Thanks for your instant response. Unfortunately I am not the developer of this theme, so I can’t resolve the issue. I’ll do my best to avoid hardcoded themes in the future so I can take advantage of your plugin (and others).

    No worries ROKWAR. It might be worth writing a nice note to the theme developer just mentioning the issue for their perusal. Hopefully if you word it politely they’ll be open to constructive feedback about their work.
