Any suggestion if there is no BuddyPress. I want to keep this feature independent of BuddyPress, by giving additional feature to users who opt for it. BuddyPress community only to talk about any article created.
Well you could use a forms plugin, I know for certain that Gravity Forms will do what you want but it’s not a free plugin, and I believe (but am not 100% certain) that Formidable will also do what you want, but it’s also not a free plugin.
SO my suggestion would be to explore a few free ones first (Contact Form 7 is an excellent free forms plugin that has a boatload of great features), and if they don’t support front-end forms that are tied to post/page data and multi-page/multi-part forms with the ability to save and return to the form, then look into Gravity Forms, it will do that right out of the box.

Yes Gravity forms will work what I need.
But I am thinking of another way to do it. Please suggest if this will also work.

Front End Form Extension for ACF
I use ACF, but not in the manner you’re describing.
Their support forum is excellent though so you may get a more accurate answer there if you want to be 100% sure that their Front End Form extension will do exactly what you want.
