Displaying plain text on mobile

    Hy,

    I have a small issue with testing WordPress on a mobile.
    Just installed a fresh copy of WordPress on my local server, add the content needed for developing my theme, but still I’m using the default theme Twenty Fifteen

    Everything is looking fine on my laptop & desktop, but when I switch to any smartphone, I get plain text, no styles at all. It cannot be anything that I did wrong because I just installed WordPress, not plugin activated.

    I’m accessing my local server (Wamp) via my public IP.
