Can you try another non-english and non-chiness word. For example in russian: “Кто здесь?”
Also if you have some skills/access to mysql, pls try to run these queries and what they will give you:
SHOW TABLE STATUS;
SELECT * FROM wp_t_questions ORDER BY question_id DESC LIMIT 10;
SELECT * FROM wp_terms ORDER BY term_id DESC LIMIT 10;
I try these word”Кто здесь”. It still display unreadable word.

Try to switch theme — is issue gone? IF gone, then whcih theme do you use?
It display unreadable code after I change theme. I use Iconic One Pro.
So on default theme there is no issue? Only on this theme?
