I believe you are looking for something like this:
Randomly display one of several selected popups. This saves a cookie so that only the chosen option can be viewed by the same user. Essentially, this is a generic split test functionality for Popup Maker. In order to take full advantage, you may be interested in the Popup Analytics Extension to monitor it.
