Hi Sam,
Sorry you are having problems getting the Tweets to display properly. We have had issues getting the display correct on sites which use a CSS #id when styling the ‘ul’ element, which makes it difficult to override from a plugin.
I think I have found a fix for this case, so I will test it quickly and assuming there are no problems push out an update which fixes your problem. I will let you know once that is done.

Just to let you know I am having this issue (tweets are wider than sidebar)with plugin v1.42 and WP v3.71 using a Genesis 2.01 based theme.
Adding the code from post http://wordpress.org/support/topic/widget-out-of-line-with-sidebar?replies=9 to the CSS file DOES resolve the issue. So my site’s working now, but it doesn’t seem that the coded process for resolving it is working in this example.

You can get it looking like it should by adding this CSS:
#sidebar ul ul.kebo-tweets li {
margin: 0;
padding: 10px 0;
}
This should override the CSS causing the problem. Let me know how it goes.
