Display content based on previous page

Hello all,

I am using the custom fields search plugin which allows the set up and inclusion of several search forms.

Is it possible on my search.php to code php conditions which finds out from which page id the search was submitted (previous page condition exists?)

In words I would like such a condition:

if previous page is id=11, then <h2>blabla</h2>

Also, if you have a better logic for the purpose of displaying different content in the search.php based on the page the search for was submitted….
