Display category information

    I’m trying to edit my category template to display information for each category but I’m not certain if these are even possible. Could someone please point me in the right direction? Here is what I’m looking to display for each category:

    1. The tags associated with that category
    2. Recent comments made on posts in that category

    1. Tags aren’t associated with categories. They’re only associated with individual posts.

    2. Same for comments.
