Display author gravatar in loop

I’m dealing with this problem for a month now and didnt get it work yet so I decieded to give a shot here at wp.org and hope for the best 🙂

I’m using <?php echo get_avatar(get_the_author_meta(’email’), 60, “”); ?> in my article loop but the above code doesnt work. Why not and how to get it work?

I’ll be happy of any advice 🙂
