    Is there a way to discount let’s say $5 off a digital download, but not on any other products? I have tried every setting that is available, but the discounts are allowed on everything. Could this be a setting or a plugin issue?

    If you have the discounts add-on, you can set discounts to be a certain amount off specific products in the settings for the discount. Choose % or & off product, then you can select which products to limit the discount to.
