Discount based on degression factor

Hello,

is it possible to create a tiered pricing table with that plugin with an degression factor?

So we want to sell units with a specific unit price based on the amount.
So we want to achieve the following:

Quantity: 1
Price: 2,99

Quantity: 2
Price: 2,96

Quantity: 3
Price: 2,93

So if i buy 3 i have to pay the price, which is defined for amount of 2 + an degression factor of 1,05%. This model should go till amount of 250.

Is this possible with this plugin? Or is there any other plugin which has this functionality?
