Disappearing pages!

Here’s my problem:

I had 3 pages, ordered (1,2,3)
Then I added a 4th page, reordered the above (1,2,3,4)
The site looked just as it should, no problems.
Then I added a sub-page to the new page (#2)
When I reloaded my site, pages 3 & 4 have disappeared from the menu.
They are still in my “Manage Pages” but their links are missing on the front end.
Hmm, any ideas?

Note: Also, I’ve noticed the search bar moved off the main menu and is not in the correct place. And, the link for the sub-page I just made shows up on the main page if you mouse-over the area under the main menu. It shouldn’t show up until you actually visit its parent page. Perhaps this is all tied together somehow!
