Disable "Style-sheets packing"

    No, the plugin does not have this ability.
    Why you want to combine and do not want pack CSS?

    When I combine and pack the CSS files the website get all messed up… so I think that there is something happening during the packing, maybe with some CSS3 rules, not sure about that.
    I would have liked to just combine them at least to reduce the number of requests.
