disable js/css files

    Hi,

    I have installed some plugins that I use on some pages or posts.
    But, js and css files are loaded on every page en post.

    How can I disable this?

    Example contact form 7, scripts.js?ver=2.4.4 and jquery.form.js?ver=2.52 is loaded on every page/post.
