Disable comments

Hi, I just disabled comments on my blog (chayleen.com). But still, on my blog page, under my blog post headers, “no comments” or “21 comments” appears. How can I remove this? I use a child theme from Olsen light. Whenever I try to enter something on Custom CSS, it does not work.
