    Hello,
    I’ve read the intended workflow with a signup, email link, then the user fills out a page with [pub_record]. I am looking to allow registered users who have been validated to directly add and edit multiple records without the need for the email step. I am not intending to use this to track participants, but for another dataset.

    I created a “add a record page” that has [pub_record] in it and linked this page in the participants database settings. This currently doesn’t show the form to add.

    Is this possible?

    It is possible, but it still requires the use of the signup form to create a record, and then the [pdb_record] shortcode to let them edit an existing record. These would normally be on two separate pages.

    If you want to automatically create Participants Database records for your users, this is possible, given the needed php skills.
