Hello, are the Square digital wallets supposed to be compatible with WooCommerce Product Add-ons? I have a custom text field on my single product page which asks a customer to input their customization options but when they pay via Google Pay or Apple Pay from the single product page the information isn’t being displayed on my WooCommerce order page. How can I have the custom field work with the express checkout?

Can you let us know what plugin you are using for Product Add-Ons?
If this is working for simple products, it should be the same for products with addons, unless there is something interfering with the product page.
I’d also like to better understand your site. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.
The WooCommerce Product Add-ons. The payments are working it’s just that the information from the customer in the text field isn’t being attached to the order when paying via Google Pay or Apple Pay.
