Hello. I needed to update SSL and received this error. Does this relate to any TXT entries? I have had to put some in to validate with Google and Microsoft .

    Thanks

“www.decision-informatics.com” has multiple IP addresses in its DNS records. While they appear to be accessible on the network, we have detected that they produce differing results when sent an ACME HTTP validation request. This may indicate that some of the IP addresses may unintentionally point to different servers, which would cause validation to fail.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • @94bahq I’m sorry for the cryptic message. What it basically means is you are using an IPv4 and IPv6 address. You should be only using one of them.
I would recommend you delete this record from you domain registrar – [Address=2404:8280:a222:bbbb:bba1:72:ffff:ffff,Address Type=IPv6,Server=Apache,HTTP Status=301,Number of Redirects=3,Final HTTP Status=200]
