Hello @dvanrossum,
This is certainly possible using Professional extension, since it includes two extra documents: Proforma invoices and Credit notes. You may use the proforma invoices as a new “company” template, but you can also use the same Invoice document for both scenarios, printing the fields conditionally, for instance based on whether the customer filled de VAT number or not. This can be done using a custom code snippet we can provide if you have a license.
Let me know if you have more questions!

Ok. That’s good to read! Can I see some documentation or video’s about how this has to be implemented?
I’m also looking for a way to generate an extra invoice with a different layout that has 20% lower prices. Can this also been done?
Hello @dvanrossum,

We don’t have documentation for this specific case, but we can provide help to achieve this via our premium support.

This is possible, but if you need not only an additional document, but a customized design, you’ll need to make quite a few modifications and that is beyond the scope of even our premium support, although one of my colleagues could do this custom work at an additional cost. Since WordPress doesn’t allow us to provide support for paid plugins or services in this forum, please contact us by email: support@wpovernight.com if you’re interested on it.

I’m looking for an easy solution. The design could be similar. Only the name of ‘invoice’ should be something different. And I need to do a calculation with the price and VAT.
Can this be done when I have the paid version?
