Different Page Layouts

So I have 2 different pages for my blog (the main page and the about page). The main page is where all of my posts and stuff will go and will allow people to comment and it will have dates etc.

Is there a way to make the about page look different? I want the theme to be the same, but I want to date near the top to be removed and also to not show any comments. (like not even have ‘no comments’ shown). Is there a way I can change the layout of the about page without changing the layout for the main page?

I looked in a few places and couldn’t find an answer, so thanks for responding!
