Different menu in the news section?

I wanna show a menu like this on my website: http://www.indisches-kino.de/

However, the menu in the news area looks quiet different and I don’t know why: http://www.indisches-kino.de/news/

How can I change that? And do I have a possibility to change the color of the submenu from red to violet? (you might see what I mean by opening the submenu of “Filmographie”)
