    Hi everyone... I've been lurking around the WordPress site for months, but this is the first time I've gotten around to posting.

    I'm not sure how many people have tried this before, but I'm using my wordpress to maintain a dictionary of words commonly seen in Anime (Japanese Animation) and it's fandom along with gaming terminology, etc.

    The theme, navigation, and static content isn't completely done yet - which is probably given. I've had it running for years in a simple list in HTML format - which I loathed updating.

    Since I'd been using it for my blog for a while, about six months ago I decided to try powering my dictionary with it. =) I'm using multiple plugins and a hack or two to run it like I want, but I haven't had a problem yet.

    I'd be grateful for any feedback whatsoever!

    That's nifty! I love bright ideas that not only make sense but look good while doing so!

    Fast too....

    I would love to hear more about how you are doing the recently updated dictionary entries?

    It is a fantastic use of wordpress.

    @ parisgv: Umm... what plugin?

    The dictionary itself is pretty simple, I put the word as the title, and the definition as the entry. Then I have some 16 categories to organize the entries along with a couple tiny hacks.

    The plugins are mainly me exercising my "Tim Taylor" complex, but I'm using: SpamKarma, Event Calendar, Custom Posts Per Page, PXS Mail Form, Customizable Post Listings, Opt-in Front Page, and WP Paginate.

    If you want my hacks, I can post those too. They're tiny and very simple.

    @whooami: Thank you =)

    @Rori: Hi Rori, please check your e-mail. Sorry I took so long; I've been busy with college. Thanks again for the compliment =)
