• I’m trying to create a menu with the plugin. However, when configuring the Mega Menu section, many of the design options do not update on the page. For instance, I’m trying to set Fonts of the element to second or third-level items, but it doesn’t update. I’ve seen in another comment that they resolved it by changing the CSS Output, but in my case, it doesn’t work. Thanks

    Hi kashek1,

    Thanks for posting a link.

First you should disable your caching plugin whilst making changes to the site, and only enable it once you are 100% finished with development.

Next, please follow our Divi instructions here: https://www.megamenu.com/documentation/divi-4/

Thank you very much, now it seems to be working perfectly, but only on the computer. On the mobile phone, it doesn’t work; the hamburger menu with the three lines appears, but clicking on it doesn’t expand anything. Do I need to make any other configurations? Thanks in advance.

The menu is completely broken for me here, please disable your caching plugin so I can see the site in its correct state.

    Hi,

I have checked on mobile and it is working OK for me here. You may need to clear your mobile browser cache.

    Regards,

    Tom
