Design 4 isn’t working

If you scroll down to nearly the bottom of the page at that link, you will see a “Testimonials” section with names next to each other. That is where I want to display an image with some text beside it. I have inserted the shortcode like this. [slick-carousel-slider design=”design-4″]

The way the slider is displayed on my website is not the same as it is in the screenshots.

Please help.
