looking at you site, you do have a javascript error an important file is not loading admin-ajax.php this file allows mDocs to run ajax calls and without it problem arise.
can you check you server for this file it should be in /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php. Also make sure that the file has the proper permissions.

Thanks for getting back with me. The admin-ajax.php file is in place in the /wp-admin/ directory. It has the same permissions as all of the other .php files in that folder (0644) .
yeah looking again at your site admin-ajax.php is not the problem, because the preview works which uses the same method. I will keep looking into this issue but right now I don’t have an answer for you yet.
