Deprecated capabilities notice

I’m getting a deprecated notice in admin (through XDebug):

Notice: has_cap was called with an argument that is <strong>deprecated</strong> since version 2.0! Usage of user levels by plugins and themes is deprecated. Use roles and capabilities instead.

The problem seems to be the (deprecated) capability level 8 used on RootsRatedInit:L47. This should be replaced with a string (e.g. manage_options).
