    Hi All,

    I’m having issues with a clients checkout page were the input fields are completely greyed-out and inaccessible. The submit button functions and generates the correct error for submitting no payment information.

    There are several console errors being outputted, first one is based on the checkout. After clicking through to the link I see that

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I’m having issues with a clients checkout page were the input fields are completely greyed-out and inaccessible.

    I checked your site, however, I was not able to reproduce this issue on my end as seen below. The credit card fields are editable:

    Can you please try to clear your browser’s cache or try another browser and see if that works?

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    I was able to resolve the console errors after updating the plugin to their new(current) API call.

    The whole checkout UI changed as well.
