You can download the premium demo content and anything that doesn’t apply just won’t be installed: http://www.kadencethemes.com/demo-content-pinnacle-premium/

Is everybody free to use the demo content for his final website? I am especially intersted in using some of the photos? Which license is defined for the photos?

All the photos are free stock images that anyone is free to use as they wish!
