    Hi Srgushee,

    Am I understanding it correctly that you are using two similar plugins at the same time? Our plugin has a form builder, so you wouldn’t need another plugin for that functionality. Looks like the form in your sidebar isn’t generated by our plugin, so you would have to seek support with the author of that particular plugin!
