Deleted fields

Hello,

The plugin is great!! One small detail though. When I activate WP debug, it showed a notice about a deleted field. I tracked it down and it was still in the Database, in simplr_field_sort. Had to delete it manually. I believe that it’s probably not important, but just in case, thought I’d mention it to include it as a minor fix. Haven’t tried to reproduce it though.
