Delete specific page with a hook?

    Is there something else I should do beside clean_post_cache(PAGE_ID); ? Because it doesn’t work all the time. Is the plugin using pure WordPress functionality? What hook should I use to delete all cache and also to delete cache and minified CSS/JS?
