defaulting to “install”

    This has just started and I don’t know where to look! All the structure via ftp look normal….

    I tried to log into site/wp-admin and I get to site/wp-admin/install.php.

    Also, when I try the main site URL, the same thing happens – I cannot see the site at all – just the “install” screen.

    Ideas on how I can sort this would be much appreciated

    Try to login to your database (via phpMyadmin) and repair the tables. If you cannot, ask your host to repair the DB. Most likely that is the issue…

    If it is the blog linked to your profile – it displays. Just ugly because of wrong code in your post.

    How can I get in to sort? – and why has this suddenly appeared? – (if it’s a post issue that’s caused it, I wonder if it originates from WP Omatic which I have installed???)

    Get in where?

    Log in – delete the last post and see what happens. That’s the “action plan”.

    Cannot get into the site to delete the last post – or can I delete it via ftp access?
    You can see the site (or not!) at http://www.bjork-concert-tickets.com

    Any combination that I try…wp-admin…wp-login….all end up at the install screen
