Default register form not submitting

    Hi, when I submit the default Ultimate Member registration form the page hangs and never recovers.

    I have a WordPress install where this is the only plugin I have activated on the site. I am however using Roots’ Trellis, Bedrock Sage setup, so I’m running WordPress out of a vagrant machine with the custom bedrock setup and therefore some custom paths may be interfering.

    Do you have any info as to what might be causing this? Is it a known issue or a new thing that needs investigating to see if Trellis/Bedrock is the issue?

    Hi @user_102030,

    Can you please clarify what happens when you click on the submit button?
    Do you have any errors in the developer’s console of your browser?
    This issue is very likely caused by your server setting.

    Hi, thank you for getting back to me.

    When I click the submit button, that button becomes disabled and the spinner in the chrome tab starts going but the page never changes. There are no console errors and I’ve even tried setting PHPStorm to break on the first PHP script with XDEBUG but it never gets that far (I’ve verified that xdebug is actually running by setting breakpoints in the main plugin file and visiting admin – it breaks so that works).

    So I presume this is a JS error although as I said there are no console errors and I can’t see any requests hanging in the network tab in Chrome dev tools.
