Default menu items

Hi,

Just installed the plugin, and am a bit confused how to use it.

It’s created several default menu items that I do not want. Is it safe to remove these?

I do not like the way it looks. Too much text, and also two menu items the same (Log Out) when you are logged in.

Do I need to keep the pages created too?

Can I use the plugin using only widgets and shortcodes, and not use the default menu items at all?

Is there any documentation about how the default setup works? I could not find any in the official documentation, which doesn’t mention the menu items and additional pages created.
