Default H2 loaded

Hi,
I’ve started using Sparkling theme and I cannot get the plugin working properly. The default CSS for H2 is loaded instead of plugin’s CSS. I guess it’s theme related as I tested the plugin on a different theme with the same setup and it works there as it should. I looked thru Chrome DevTools and the plugin’s CSS is not being loaded at all, just the theme’s default.

It looks like the script is not being processed. This might be due to a script loaded by the theme running (or a plugin) before tabby.js having an error which is preventing the tabby script from executing.

If I switch the theme and keep all plugins and settings as they are your plugin works. My suspect is the theme, but is there anything I or you can do so it works as it should?

Try temporarily unenqueing each of the scripts added by the theme to investigate whether one causing the issue, and if so identify which one.

Commenting out this line in functions.php makes the css load and your plugin seems to work…

wp_enqueue_script( ‘sparkling-bootstrapjs’, get_template_directory_uri() . ‘/assets/js/vendor/bootstrap.min.js’, array( ‘jquery’ ) );
