Default Gravatar Question

Ok, after many sleepless nights of finding different info on getting Gravatars to work on a site, I finally got mine to work on my site. Now, I put this question to the pros… aka – you guys and gals 🙂
If someone doesn’t have a Gravatar, is there a way to set a “Default” image to show in it’s place…?
