• I wanted a gallery for videos. They’re promo on WP’s ad site showed that videos are a given. So I order the lite. No videos. I upgrade. Still, no videos. Only for the $99 sales price are videos included. Only after spending an hour trying to get a refund under their 14 day money back was it apparent that the purchase price was only a license for a year.

It was next to impossible to figure out how to ask for a refund.

  • How did you know about the vigency of one year? What happens after the year is completed?

Btw, the prices page does show which versions include the video plugin, but says nothing about expiration.

mmm I just found it. Indeed that’s NOT nice…

    https://enviragallery.com/docs/cancel-your-subscription-with-envira/#define-cancellation

What Does “Cancel My Subscription” Mean?
When you purchase an Envira License, a subscription is created to auto-renew your license each term so you can enjoy continued support and access to updates without interruption.

When you cancel your subscription, you will have access to support and updates through your paid term, but your license will not auto-renew.

Note: License expiration does not affect the usability of Envira on your site. You can continue to use Envira; however you will not have access to updates (including security/bug fixes or new features/addons) or support without an current, active license.

    Hi @davidcollins,

Thanks for your feedback. I’ve passed this along to our manager for consideration. And we do apologize for the confusion!

As was mentioned by @roccons2, we have the Addons available at each license level on our pricing page: https://enviragallery.com/pricing. Additionally, we state that the license is only for 1 year of support and updates.

Our Terms of Service details our policies in regards to the Refund and Subscription charges: https://enviragallery.com/terms/. We greatly apologize for any confusion regarding these things and thanks again for the feedback.

    Have a great week!
