Deactivate does not work

    Hello,

    I tried deactivating the free version of the plugin and it does nothing. Please advice.

    Hello @creasis ,

    That is rather an unusual issue. Do you have problems with deactivating other plugins too?

    Have you tried deactivating the plugin from the Bulk actions dropdown menu?

    If nothing else works, you can delete the plugin’s installation folder, located in wp-content > plugins, which will remove it.

    It is a unique problem, tried the bulk deactivate and delete options, none seem to work. Will there be any problem deleting the plugin-folder from the plugins folder that may cause problems with the wordpress and other plugins?
