  • Same question here. I want “firstname” + “lastname” to be a concatenated label in a dropdown when I’m linking one interface to another. Possible? I’ve tried all the fields that I thought might do it, but no luck yet.

And, agreed, this plugin is awesome! I can’t wait to get it up and going!

Belay my last. There’s an option in the “Join Table” to specify more than one value column. Der. Sorry.

I guess broganm’s question is still open, though. I’d be interested to know how he/she planned to use the concatenated field, though. In another view? As a dynamic concatenator (something that concatenates as the four constituent fields are typed)?

I can concatenate the 4 text fields into a dropdown label using “join Table” but I want to be able to concatenate them so that I have text1text2text2tex4 stored in a separate field within the table or within a separate table.
