Date Setting

Hi Hope someone can ride to my rescue
I have construucted a form using this plug in and everything works except the Date Tag input.

First of all when I inserted a Date Tag and copied and pasted the codes then went to the form regardless of what format I entered the dates in the field created I got the error “Validation errors occurred. Please confirm the fields and submit it again.” The date entered showed “Date Format seems invalid”. I think I tried every format for entering a date with the same outcome. I then decided to split the date up into month and year, Month as a text field Year as a number field.

The form was sent and received but the fields for date were blank.

Out of desparation after trying many times I changed the date field instead heading it Applicant name and again applied a text tag just as I did with date. This time the field com,pleted and when transmitted and corectly appeared in the email. I again entered date and although the field displays in the form and the email nothing appears in the entered content.

Hey I am 70 and am 71 tomorrow so would love this solved with your kind help before I hit 71
