Date issue in interview

I do not know how to change the date format for the interview section. The date format I use is d-m-Y – which is already set up as default in WP and in Job Manager as well – I had to change the format and the names of days, months in jquery-ui-datepicker.js – and all the other dates are ok except for the interview date which displays: 01-01-1970 00:00 come what may.

I have tried to replace m-d-Y with d-m-Y in admin-interviews.php but it still displays 01-01-1970 00:00. The calendar is in the right format d-m-Y but as soon as I click the “new interview” button, the date displayed becomes 01-01-1970 00:00

Could you please let me know how to solve this problem please?
