thanks for the link! That’s fine, I don’t need the login.
One problem that I see are some HTML <pre> tags that wrap the Shortcode.
Please go to the “Edit” screen of the page, and switch from the “Visual” to the “Text” editor. Then, remove the <pre> and </pre> around the Shortcode, so that it stands on its own line with an empty line before and after it.
Then, please check if you really added the correct Shortcode parameter there. Also, please check your theme’s “footer.php” file for a call to the WordPress function wp_footer(); right before the closing </body> HTML tag.

I have done everything you have said and no luck.
My son may think it has to do with the Theme.
Just to confirm i have installed DataTables TableTools and DataTables FixedHeader

Hi Louis,
from what I can see, you have turned off the “Use DataTables” checkbox on the “Edit” screen of the table. That must be turned on though for the Extension.

ah, as you are using the combined Extension (both FixedHeader and TableTools), you must use the Shortcode parameter datatables_tabletools_fixedheader, as explained on http://tablepress.org/extensions/datatables-tabletools-and-fixedheader/

now it says FickedHeader 2 is not supported with Data Tables scroling at this time
