database stopped working

    Hi,

    One of my blog suddenly appears totally empty online. No more posts, pages, ect…

    I had a look in cpanel and the database is still there.
    I looked in the WP-config file and the database name, user name and password is still there….

    I tried to re-install WP, same result…..

    I use managewp.com to update my blogs and I think it happened when I batch installed a plugin “Configurable Hotlink Protection”.

    O asked to my server support but they told me that it was coding issue and the server was fine…… What can I do?

    Do you have a database copy to restore? Also, disable the offending plugin. It sounds like there is a an issue with the content. If it was an issue with the database or it’s credentials you will get a database connection error.

    No I don’t have a database copy. Only the one online…
    I un-installed the plugin right away.

    Is there a way to find which post created that mess in phpmyadmin? I know it’s a stupid question to ask, but aside phpmyadmin I don’t know what to look at.
