Database repair problems

URGENT HELP PLEASE!! I have been operating this site for years now and have never seen this problem. I have a few hundred visitors per day and it is peak season. I run this site as a voluntary site but as I am super busy and their is a lot of work involved, I have not updated the theme from twenty ten. I have wp firewall and log-in lock installed so I dont think its a hack, yesterday it was working perfectly! Waaaaah!
