Database / Real Estate

Hello
I’ve built My own theme template for a very simple real estate website. It’s for a sales person Only, not the company.
All of the real estate plugins are overly complicated and I’m looking for something more simple (but something that I can customize). Something more along the lines of a custom database.
Is there anything out there like that? I’ve looked but I can’t seem to narrow it down.

any help would be great.
