Database Errors

Site was working then started throwing error. Can’t bring up the site not login to WordPress admin panel. Restored oldest backup available which did not fix problem. Site has now auto upgraded, can’t complete the database upgrade due to errors below. Database repair attempted reports errors below. I need to manually fix these dbase tables or rescue data and start with a new so install. Advice on what to do?

wp_qepfzp_usermeta: Table ‘zarahraizel_com.wp_qepfzp_usermeta’ doesn’t exist
wp_qepfzp_options: Can’t find file: ‘wp_qepfzp_options’ (errno: 2 – No such file or directory)
wp_qepfzp_postmeta: Table is marked as crashed and last repair failed
wp_qepfzp_terms: Table ‘zarahraizel_com.wp_qepfzp_terms’ doesn’t exist
