Database Error Messages

I received the following database errors yesterday, but an not sure what they mean or what to do to resolve them:

wp_usermeta: 2 clients are using or haven’t closed the table properly
wp_posts: 5 clients are using or haven’t closed the table properly
wp_options: Table is marked as crashed

Any assistance would be great.
