Hi, do you can save a single newsletter with no content (or just an image)? Can you look at the System/Logs panel to see if thre store-xxx.txt log is present?

Hi, I cannot save or duplicate any newsletter. Even when I make one from scratch, it just deletes automatically.

    main-2020-10-3d4ca9af.txt (132 KB)
    statistics-2021-09-888f334b.txt (2 KB)
    store-2021-10-888f334b.txt (331 KB)

    These are present

It says this under the system status

” ?Database table creation KO Check the privileges of the user you use to connect to the database, it seems it cannot create tables.
(CREATE command denied to user ‘3605485_wpressbdaab0ab’@’10.136.96.194’ for table ‘wp_newsletter_test’)
Database table change KO Check the privileges of the user you use to connect to the database, it seems it cannot change the tables. It’s require to update the plugin.
    (Table ‘3605485_wpressbdaab0ab.wp_newsletter_test’ doesn’t exist)”

Do I need to contact my host? or is this a plugin problem?

    Thanks

Yes, contact your hosting provider, it means the database user configured cannot create tables, hence the plugin cannot create its own table where to store subscribers, newsletters, and so on.
